URGENTLY looking for Safety Supervisor at our Project site in Nilai
NMR Premier Group is a wholly owed Bumiputera Company that was established in 2017. Our Head Quarters is located in Bangi Gateway, Bandar Baru Bangi. We are licenced with MOF and currently active in Construction, Electrical and Maintenance Projects.
We are URGENTLY looking for Safety Supervisor at our Project site in Nilai.

Detail of the Scope of Works and Qualification are as below:
Principal Duties & Responsibilitie
o Reports to Person in Charges (PIC) and advise on the practical implementation of Occupational Safety and Health programs and initiatives at workplace especially on legal and other OSH requirements.
o To advise and ensure the implementation of safe work system.
o Submit weekly and monthly reports to PIC on Occupational Safety and Health at workplace.
o To assist PIC in carrying out investigation on accident, incident and near miss, and submit report to PIC.
o As secretary of Safety and Health Committee.
o Complement day-to-day work on Safety and Health matters.
o Ensure compliance by the site staff/
o Monitor the site daily safety observation and inspection which include immediate rectification of unsafe act/ unsafe condition encountered at the work site.
o Ensure that Safe Working Practices are observed and complied with by all staff/ workers working at the site.
o Ensure that all staff and subcontractors’
o Carry out and prepare the daily Site Safety Inspection Checklist as well as the scheduled Site Safety Audit.
o Carry out Safety Toolbox Meeting for the subcontractors’
o Organise Safety Induction Training for new workers’/
o Inspect the work site machineries and equipment that are being utilised at the site in order to ensure compliance with the project site safety requirements.
o Assist in incident/ accident investigation and reporting.
o Attend weekly Site Safety Meeting.
o A team player and proactive in promoting safety, health and environmental matters at the workplace.
o Ensure safety signage, first aid kit and firefighting equipment are available and stationed prominently at the work site.
o Assist and report to the Manager, Safety pertaining to the site safety, health and environmental matters.
Accountability
o Effective dissemination of Safety and Health objectives and requirements at workplace.
o Effective monitoring and provision of advice on ensuring safe work system is well implemented
o Preparation and submission of reports on status of Safety and Health implementation and recommendation.
o Preparation of relevant documents and submission of reports to relevant parties and / or authorities.
o Dissemination of requirements and preparation of relevant documents.
o Provision of adequate assistance to respective departments.
Qualification:
o Degree or Diploma in Safety, Health & Environmental or related discipline
o Registered as Safety and Health Officer with (Department of Occupational Safety & Health, Malaysia) DOSH with a valid Green Book
o 1-3 years of relevant experience
o Must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma in Engineering (Environmental/
o Must possess a valid JKKP Green Book and registered with Jabatan Keselamatan dan Kesihatan.
