Warganegara : Malaysian,PR/Work permit holder
At least 1 year of working experience in the related fields as required for this position.
Preferably candidates specialized in Maintenance/Repair (Facilities & Machinery) or equivalent
Good working attitude
Tanggungjawab
Must perform task like reparing of various equipments and materilas, replacement of electronics, painting, cleaning or wiring works.
Perform electrical repair works and parts replacements such as lights, switches, ,CCB, ELCB, RCCB nad rewiring new cables.
Perform basic plumbing works such as replacing pipes, flush, leaking issues, clogged and wc and uniral bowls.
Perfom mechanical works such as Air Compressor, Repair/replace glass, door closer, cinema seat, door and all related with mechanicals.
To check that safety equipments like fire alarm, fire extinguisher etc are in place and are in working condition.
To keep monitoring the air conditioning systems, all the equipments in working condition without any breakdown.
To minimise downtime on reparing works.
To submit weekly/monthly basis maintenance report.
To ensure preventive maintenance programme is successfully implemented.
