Operation Assistant

* Working days: WEDNESDAY - SUNDAY
* Working Hours: 9am - 6pm / 1pm - 10pm
* Tour agency : Warisan Square
* Willing to work on Public Holiday and Weekend
* Required languages: English & Korean will be an advantage
* Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
* Diploma in Tourism, Management or any related field
*Important: Honest, Responsible, Positive working attitude, Punctual, Reliable, Fast learner, Willing to learn
*Working experience in travel agency is an advantage
* Job Scope:
- Tour booking
- Invoice / Payment
- Doing administrative/operation work
- Understand guest needs & preferences, provide necessary assistance to ensure guest satisfaction
- To do any adhoc duties when assigned by the management from time to time
- Contact Customer
- Sales
- Salary RM 1400 - 1600
