Site Supervisor

Job Vacancy (Urgent).
Location Setia Alam.
Site Supervisor 2 Persons.
1 male and 1 famele (70% site paperworks).


Job Responsibilities:
1.) Supervise all construction works on project site, ensuring work completed and run smoothly.
2.) To coordinate and monitor sub-contractor activities at project site, ensure that all works carrier out in accordance with approval drawing, woks instructions, details drawing, technical specification, method and procedures.
3.) To ensure works quality is achieved and safety regulations are complied.
4.) To provide daily site report to Project Manager, Site Agent and Assistant Site Agent .
5.) To report daily site progress to Assistant Site Agent of the site.
6.) To arrange regular meeting with workers and sub contractor to meet targeted schedule and resolve site matter.
7.) To attend site meeting as well as technical meeting with clients and consultants.
8.) Coordinate and control material on site and received delivery of material on site.
9.) To perform others ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Project Manager and superior.

Job Requirement:
1.) Candidates must posses Diploma in Building /Architecture or any equivalent qualification.
2.) Fresh graduates are eligible to apply.
3.) Ability to works independent, self-motivated, initiative and interpersonal skills to works well with the team.
4.) Willing to working overnight, weekend and public holiday if needed.
5.) Posses own transport .
6.) Salary + allowance RM2500 to RM3000 all-in.
7.) Work start : As soon as possible.
